In this crossword variety, clues are omitted. Instead, the solver is provided with all the letters needed to complete the puzzle, listed alphabetically for each row and column.

Anagram-solving skills are needed for this puzzle, as the solver will need to consider which words can be formed from the given letters for a row, say, while cross-referencing these potential words with the letters given for intersecting columns. As an aid to the solver, grids with a high degree of intersection of answer letters are often used.
